Production Setup/Operator – 1st Shift
Compensation: $15-$20/hr DOE

1st Shift hours are 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM on Friday. We have immediate openings for full-time positions.
Duties include helping to set up our production machines.

Required abilities include:
- Working within established guidelines and procedures.
- Set up and operate production machines.
- Maintain rates in production.
- Read/interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, indicate, and secure proper tooling/components.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to a quality specification, and in a timely fashion.
- frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds.
- Train employees.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within a particular production machine field, and measuring tools.
Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild Technician
Compensation: $25-$30/hr DOE
Spinweld is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time 1st Shift Maintenance Technician.

Preferred candidates will possess the following:
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance
- Reliable, responsible, and respectful approach to the work environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and symbols to identify, isolate, and diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and/or fluid controls for equipment repairs and breakdowns.
- Understanding of equipment motors, flow controls, sensors, relational valves, switches, cylinders, and pumps.
- Develop and maintain preventative and proactive maintenance programs/practices on all production equipment, supporting equipment, and facility.
- Maintain and manage equipment files, manuals, drawings, and brochures.
- Maintain a safe environment for equipment, repairs, personnel, and visitors – good housekeeping standards, lock-out/tag-out, etc.
- Utilize ERP system to generate repair tickets, track repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns as they occur.
- Operate tool room lathe and mills for backup support and operate various tools and equipment to include: Power tools, supporting tool manual equipment, welding, sawing, and measuring equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
